Attendees FAQs

Where can I park?

Jack London has 2 pay-to-park parking lots, as well as street parking.


Can I bring my pet?

Yes, of course. Market St. Makers and Jack London Square are both pet friendly.


How much does it cost to attend?

Wiggins Events markets are free to the public.


Participant FAQs
Where do I park?

Jack London Square offers lot parking, as well as covered and valet parking. Appropriate fees apply.


How much space do I get?

The only spacing option currently is 10 x 10.


What happens during inclement weather?

All markets will take place on the designated dates, rain or shine.


What if I need to cancel?

There are no refunds of any kind. In order to receive a transferable credit, you must cancel 48 hours prior to receiving the participant instruction email.

You may receive a credit if cancellation is made 48 hours of the participant instruction email.
In the case of a cancellation, Wiggins Events will provide you with three dates for you to roll your credit on to.


When can I pack up?

All participants are required to stay the duration of the event unless otherwise noted. Participants may start packing up at 4pm for The Buck, or 5pm for Second Saturday.


When will I receive my instructions?

Market St. Makers participants will receive emailed instructions the Friday [2 days] prior to the event.

Instructions will include arrival/departure times, parking instructions and all other pertinent information for each event.


What do I need to bring?

All participants will be required to bring their own equipment i.e table, chairs, canopies, and weights to hold down canopy etc. No equipment will be provided by Wiggins Events or Jack London Square.
